If you have a non-urgent or non-emergent claim that occurs outside of our office hours, we kindly request that you contact our office on the next business day. We will be glad to assist you in filing the claim promptly. However, in case of an urgent situation, we encourage you to utilize your insurance carrier’s 24/7 Claim Support Service to report the claim directly to them.

By promptly reporting your loss to either our office or the insurance company, you enable them to initiate the necessary procedures to address all aspects of your claim. This ensures that you receive the assistance you require during critical moments.
